Explore cultural heritage of island Brač on the trail of olive groves. This educational and interesting tour will take you down some of the most beautiful paths through olive fields and old stone villages. Tour is suitable for families.
We start with short transfer by van to Nerežišća, typical island inland village. From here we will start our tour. We will take easy downhill by scenic route to Donji Humac, village well known for its stone quarry and stone lace tradition. We will have an opportunity to visit stone masons’ atelier and stone gallery of one of the most renown stone artist in the country.
Further, passing through quarries and fields we reach Dračevica, one of the oldest towns on the island, with long wine and olive oil making tradition.
We will continue by panoramic road all the way to Ložišća. This town is perfect spot for those looking for true, unspoiled Brač. Well preserved stone architecture and beautiful bell tower are sure to amaze you. From Ložišća we will head down to Bobovišća by the sea, very charming little port surrounded by stone houses. We continue back to Sutivan through olive field area with sea views.
