The symposium is organized in collaboration with the Tourist Board of Postira and Olive Oil Times, the team behind the prestigious NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition. Through this project, our team participated in content development and the organizational aspects of the symposium, helping shape a high-quality educational and conference program.

The goal of the event is to connect experts, olive oil producers, and participants from different parts of the world through lectures, education, and the exchange of knowledge related to olive growing and the production of premium olive oil. The aim is for this symposium to establish itself as one of the most important regional events of its kind, with the potential to become a leading conference for olive growing and the olive oil industry in the region.

The special value of the project lies in the connection between local tradition and global expertise, further confirming the importance of Postira and the island of Brač on the international olive oil scene.
