Frequently asked questions

How fit do I have to be?

Aldura offers active tours for all levels of fitness.
However, if you join one of our daily tours those are created for people of average fitness level and dont require much experience, if at all.

We suggest to talk to our booking agent and ask about other people in the group so we can offer the one with the right fit for you.

Also, if the tour requires special set of skills this is always noted in the description.

How should I prepare?

Sea kayaking and SUP – dress like you are going to the beach, bring some dry clothes to change after the tour and a towel. Sun hat and sun cream are a must. If you dont have, not worries we will provide. At least 0.5 L of water per person. We provide dry bags, water shoes and life jackets.

Mountain biking and ebike tour – comfortable sports clothes and closed toe sport shoes such as trainers. Light jacket for spring and fall months. We provide helmet, gloves and water bottles.

Hiking and walking – comfortable walking clothes, closed toe walking shoes (preferably something like trekking shoes or trail running sneakers), sun hat, small backpack for water and presonal belongings, sun cream ( we will always have some for you if you dont have one handy). Walking poles are a good idea if you use them but we also have some for you, just ask in advance.
