Created for small groups, this immersive journey offers exclusive access to local traditions, organic olive growing, authentic gastronomy, and unforgettable moments shared with the people who call Brač home.
Over five days, you’ll take part in the olive harvest, learn how award-winning extra virgin olive oil is produced, explore the island’s rich cultural heritage, and enjoy carefully curated culinary experiences surrounded by the beauty of the Adriatic.
No previous experience is required—only curiosity and a desire to experience the Mediterranean in its most authentic form.
Day 1 – Welcome to Brač
Your journey begins with arrival on the island of Brač and check-in to your accommodation.
Take time to settle in, unwind, and enjoy your first moments on one of Croatia’s most beautiful islands.
Welcome Dinner
In the evening, we’ll gather for a welcome dinner in an authentic Mediterranean setting.
Meet your hosts and fellow participants while enjoying traditional Dalmatian cuisine and carefully selected local wines.
During the evening, we’ll introduce the programme and share the story of Brač, its centuries-old olive-growing tradition, and the experiences awaiting you over the coming days.
Day 2 – Harvesting at Portus Olivae
After breakfast, we’ll head to Porto Olivae, our organic olive grove, where you’ll experience one of the island’s oldest traditions.
Surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, you’ll join the harvest alongside local growers and discover why olive cultivation has shaped life on Brač for generations.
There is no rush—only the peaceful rhythm of nature, fresh Mediterranean air, and the simple pleasure of working among the trees.
Lunch Among the Olive Trees
A traditional lunch will be served in the heart of the olive grove, allowing you to relax and enjoy authentic local flavours surrounded by nature.
The afternoon continues with the harvest, offering plenty of time to connect with the landscape, the people, and the traditions that make Brač so unique.
Day 3 – Discover Brač
Today is dedicated to exploring the island’s cultural and natural heritage.
We’ll visit some of Brač’s most picturesque villages while discovering the fascinating story of the island’s world-famous white limestone.
You’ll explore the Jakšić Gallery, where generations of stonemasons and artists continue one of Brač’s oldest traditions.
The journey continues to the Olive Oil Museum, where you’ll learn how premium extra virgin olive oil is produced—from traditional methods to modern techniques—and discover
why olive oil has always been at the heart of Mediterranean culture.
We’ll enjoy a traditional Dalmatian brunch before continuing to the charming eco-ethno village of Dol, where you’ll taste the island’s famous Hrapoćuša cake.
Day 4 – Music Among the Olive Trees
Our final day in the olive grove becomes a true Mediterranean celebration.
We’ll complete the harvest together before gathering for a unique live music performance among the olive trees, where nature, music, local food, and the aromas of the Mediterranean create an unforgettable atmosphere.
As the sun sets, we’ll return to Sutivan for a festive farewell dinner by the sea.
Enjoy an evening of authentic Brač cuisine, premium Dalmatian wines, and warm conversations as we celebrate the memories we’ve created together.
Day 5 – Until We Meet Again
After breakfast, it’s time to check out and say goodbye to Brač.
But you’ll take much more than photographs home.
You’ll leave with a bottle of premium organic extra virgin olive oil, unforgettable memories, new friendships, and a deeper appreciation for the traditions and lifestyle that have shaped this remarkable island for centuries.
